My Work
My work is a reflection of my own creative interest and sensibilities heavily featuring close-in stylized portraits of a story or subject I find interesting. My background as an English major and avid writer inspire the stories and concepts behind my photo's, each medium acting as a piece of my creative output. My work is fit for a client who wants to tell a story through simple, honest-feeling images. I've worked in both black and white film and digital in the past, while the majority of my work remains digital I have a growing passion for classic black and white which I plan to explore in the future.
Biography
Hi! I'm Liam Stock a Photography student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I've been taking pictures for about four years now and from the beginning I knew that I was a portrait photographer. I found something fascinating about the stories and emotions a static picture can convey, and from that moment on I knew people were my subject of choice. I hope you enjoy looking at my work as much as I enjoyed making it!
